There is no reason for us to give up when it comes to parenting. Sometimes challenges seem almost impossible, but the truth is that with a little help, guidance and set of practical tools, everything can look very different.

It is advisable that at least in the first introductory meeting, both parents to be present, so I can get full perspective and hear both their voices and concerns.
The introductory session will be a bit longer and will last about an hour to 1-1.5 hours.
Rest of the sessions will be 45-60 minutes.
No. Children are not present at meetings.
Unless it’s a viewing session, then I come over for a house visit during dinner / showers, to spot a specific issue parents want to work on.
Often, you can witness a positive change right after 2 sessions. It should be taken into account that sometimes you might feel slight regression but there is no need to panic… This is a familiar phenomenon and we will make sure to get them back on track quickly. I usually recommend 5 sessions and then, we can meet again if additional needs arise.
